The following software upgrades are provided to MegaTEC customers for
free. Before you download the software / firmware, please follow the
listed installation procedure. Failure do to so may result in a system
error. If you encounter any problems, please email our
Technical Team.

NetAgent Firmware download procedure:
1. Check your
CURRENT FIRMWARE Version. (Note)
2. Locate your MODEL
NUMBER shown at the bottom of your NetAgent device.
3. Choose the
correct firmware version corresponding to your Model Number.
NOTE:
If your NetAgent Firmware
is either V1.7, V2.24 or V2.30, you must
upgrade your firmware PROGRESSIVELY.
Example: If you now have V2.24, you must
FIRST download and upgrade to V2.30, then to V2.33
and finally to V2.36.
WARNING:
Skipping one or more firmware versions will damage NetAgent and result in a crash.

UPS Management Software |

The following upgrade program is ONLY
APPLICABLE to MegaTec's UPSilon2000 and RUPS2000 Version
3.x and above. If you are using version 2.x or
earlier, kindly contact our
Sales Personnel for a
special upgrade price.
NOTE:
To upgrade either UPSilon2000 or RUPS2000,
you have to follow these steps:
-
Make sure that the program is MegaTec
standard UPSilon2000 / RUPS2000
-
Check to ensure that the version is 3.x or
later.
-
DO NOT UNINSTALL your current UPSilon2000
/ RUPS2000 software.
-
Unzip the upgrade file.
-
Go to the directory where the files are
unzipped.
-
RUN UPSilon2000.exe / RUPS2000.exe
-
The program will verify the current
version
-
Once verified, installation will begin.
-
RUN UPSilon2000 / RUPS2000.
