After installation, reboot your system. For Windows 95,98,Me, a RUPS Daemon
icon should appear on the desktop taskbar. For Windows NT,2000,XP, double-click
"Services" in "Control Panel" to check if the RUPS service has started.
To change settings within RUPS, double click on the RUPS Daemon on your desktop
taskbar or select RUPS Manager from Start menu->Program Files->RUPS 2000.
